Across the region we have established long-term staff commitments to charities for over 10 years, including Action Against Hunger in France and the Tour of Hope cycle ride in Germany.

Wellbeing groups and initiatives, a flexible remote working policy, along with a region-wide talent management programme place a high priority on the personal development and growth of our staff in an environment that supports their welfare.
Among the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the United Nations (UN) Summit in September 2015, the Chugai Group prioritises Goal 3, which directly links to our mission to add value by creating and delivering innovative products and services for the medical community and human health around the world.
